Papa finally asked Mama face to face (or rather from five feet away outside her car-safety precautions mah...no need to get beaten up unnecessarily). The answer is a heehawing -NO!
So back to the drawing board. Papa will have to use up part of the saturday quota of Papatime with you. Papa will have to sit down with you to decide.
Anyway Papa wants to tell you. In the last two months, Papa has had his spirits lifted as he can see a future away from Mama-madness. Papa wants to do all he can for you but Papa has to accept that Papa will never be able to get Mama to change. Papa thinks there is actually a prayer which goes on about "the grace to accept the things that we cannot change..."
Papa wants to tell you also that Papa has had some little kindnesses from people who in small little ways have gone out of their way to be nice. This is a pretty pointless post, but Papa wants to put down his thoughts so he can tell you one day when you are older. Papa wishes Papa can share his future with you, but if Papa cannot share it, then Papa hopes to reach out to you in some meaningful way.
